Heathrow, UK. 24th October, 2012 — Tyco Security Products, a leader in access control, intrusion and video products, will showcase a host of innovative new products from its portfolio of brands at Sicurezza Show 2012, 7-9 November, Rho, Milano, Stand E01 G06 – Pad.3.

The introductions from Tyco Security Products include a new portfolio of wireless intrusion products from Bentel Security, a leader in the European security and fire market, along with other product advancements from American Dynamics, CEM Systems, DSC, Kantech and Software House, as well as new brands Visonic and Elpas, which add new competencies in Active RFID and Real-Time Location Systems and expanded expertise in wireless intrusion.

Here’s a look at these latest solutions:

Bentel Security  - Absoluta peripherals and mobile app
Bentel Security will introduce a complete series of new wireless intrusion products designed to further establish Bentel’s position as a brand leader in the competitive intrusion market. Along with the new portfolio, Bentel will launch a new series of accessories and devices for the ABSOLUTA intrusion control panel series that will extend ABSOLUTA’s suitability to additional markets. This introduction includes ABS-GSM, the GSM/GPRS/SMS communication board for ABSOLUTA control panels. The new board enables users to view the entire system status via SMS -- remotely -- via mobile phone, and the information is transmitted on both PSTN and GSM channels for improved reliability. Bentel has also developed a mobile application for smartphones that enables users to quickly and efficiently control their security system remotely from anywhere without being tied to a workstation.                   

American Dynamics -  Victor VMS and VideoEdge NVR v4.2
The latest version of the American Dynamics network video management system, comprised of the victor unifying client and VideoEdge NVR, provides the very best in embedded analytics, mapping, and bandwidth management, and is now unified with Software House’s C∙CURE 9000 access control system and a host of other applications, such as the Sur-Gard alarm receiver.  The completely re-architected VideoEdge NVR is available in a variety of form factors (rack-mount, desktop, software-only); the rack-mount server features up to 36 TB of raw storage, while the software-only version allows you to use your preferred hardware vendor, providing flexibility and savings. VideoEdge includes embedded analytics that lets security personnel quickly search through hours of recorded video, or flag suspicious behaviors and movements in real-time.

American Dynamics - Illustra 200 Series and 600 IP cameras
Illustra 210 Mini-Domes offer Standard Definition (SD) resolution, and include auto-focus and motorized zoom. The outdoor mini-dome features a built-in heater ring that prevents condensation build up.  These mini-domes offer superior quality in low light, and are designed with three mounting options for hard surface, electrical box and recessed mounts built into the dome.  The Illustra 610LT model is an indoor high-definition camera offering 1080p HD, and an auto-focus and motorized zoom lens.

CEM Systems - AC2000 SE Version 6.5
CEM will exhibit version 6.6 of the powerful AC2000 SE (Standard Edition) security management system. AC2000 SE is an integrated security management system that provides flexible solutions to help increase security and improve business efficiency and operational effectiveness. The latest version of AC2000 SE has new features that increase the performance, simplicity and scope of the system, along with a number of additions that improve functionality including AC2000 WEB and new integrations.  CEM will also display its industry leading Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) access control solution, alongside its intelligent readers and the CEM S3030 portable hand-held reader, which features the display of cardholder photographs on the reader along with details such as Name and Job Title to assist with visual verification.

DSC -  PowerSeries TouchScreen Keypad
The full-colour 7-inch PowerSeries TouchScreen offers an intuitive, menu-driven interface and a wide range of functionality. The responsive, high-resolution screen offers installers easy access to full programming on the PowerSeries TouchScreen as well as from a virtual keypad. With up to eight partitions available, the PowerSeries TouchScreen offers the benefits of a multi-partition control panel without changing the control panel and lets each partition zone act independently. Other features include customisable home screens that can display the most commonly used functions as well as display logos, contact information or pictures in the background.

DSC  - PowerSeries PC1404 Control Panel and Keypad
PowerSeries PC1404 Control Panel and the PowerSeries PC1404RKZ Keypad are both designed to deliver a simple, cost-effective means to manage and control security systems. The PowerSeries PC1404 Control Panel offers four on-board zones that are expandable to eight. It can support up to four keypads, including the new PowerSeries PC1404RKZ, and four phone numbers. Ideal for budget-conscious users who need a robust security solution, this control panel includes two on-board PGM outputs, and is expandable to 14 PGM through expansion modules. The PC1404 Control Panel has numerous false alarm prevention features and continuously monitors for potential trouble conditions. It supports 2- or 4-wire smoke detectors and its flexible zone configuration allows for 29 zone types and 11 programmable zone attributes.

Elpas - Man-Down Transmitter
The wide-ranging portfolio of RTLS (Real-Time Location System) safety, security and visibility solutions from Elpas provide precise real-time location awareness. Featured at the show will be the new Elpas Man-Down Transmitter for protecting security personnel in high-risk workplace environments and the new Personal Safety & Security Bracelet that combines duress alerting with real-time building location awareness for the monitoring and tracking of minimum security inmates, high-risk patients or nursing home residents. Additionally, a cross-platform Hands-Free Door Locking Solution between Elpas and Software House technologies using RTLS tracking data as C∙CURE 9000 access control system events will be showcased.

Kantech
Intevo is an easy to deploy integrated security platform, designed to be up and running in minimal time. It’s simple to configure and includes a customized dashboard for easy system management. The system is preloaded with Kantech’s EntraPass Corporate Edition security management software and American Dynamics IP video software.  Intevo also includes support for DSC and Bentel alarm panel integration, as well as the EntraPass Web client and the new EntraPass Go Mobile client.

Kantech - EntraPass 5.02
EntraPass 5.02 from Kantech offers expanded integration options to now include support for Panasonic video surveillance technology in its Corporate and Global Editions as well as with American Dynamics VideoEdge NVR v4.2, allowing users to view, manage and control video being recorded on the NVR via the software. Along with full integration with the KYO expandable hybrid alarm panels from Bentel, a new auto-updater feature ensures that users always have the latest version of the EntraPass software solution. EntraPass v5.02 also supports the EntraPass Go mobile security application that can be used with both smart phones and tablet computers to control more than 20 security tasks in real time.

Software House - C•CURE 9000 Integrations
C•CURE 9000, Software House’s access control platform and security and event management system, is now integrated with some of Tyco Security Products’ leading solutions such as the American Dynamics VideoEdge NVR (v4.0 and above), the Elpas brand of location-based security solutions, as well as with the MZX Technology® fire control panels from Tyco Fire Protection.  The integration with the Sur-Gard multi-format alarm receivers makes C•CURE 9000 a complete security platform.

Visonic  - PowerMaster Family of Intrusion Alarm systems
Visonic is proud to demonstrate the new PowerMaster family based on its PowerG technology, including the PowerMaster-30 G2, a professional wireless security, safety and control system, suitable for heavy-duty operation required in SMB installations and mid- to high-end residential premises and the PowerMaster-10 G2, suitable for residential and SOHO installations.  The PowerMaster-30 G2 was most recently recognised with the “Highly Commended” award in Alarm and Detection products at the 13th Detektor International Awards.  In addition, Visonic will be showcasing a host of new peripherals, including the KP-160 PG2 keypad, an Iconic touchscreen keypad that makes operating the alarm systems very easy, and the KF-235 PG 4-button Keyfob for the most common alarm commands: arming/disarming, panic alarm and viewing the system status. A new series of detectors for methane and carbon monoxide will also be featured.
